James Moloney became a lawyer after spending 10 years in the Royal Australian Navy. The highlight of his military career was his deployments to the Middle East, Solomon Islands, and Timor Leste.
His practice includes a broad range of commercial and construction disputes, administrative law, bankruptcy & insolvency, debt recovery, and employment law.
James has a solutions-based approach, aims to achieve efficient outcomes for clients, and has a particular interest in litigation strategy and problem-solving.
He was admitted to practice as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2017 and the High Court of Australia in 2018. James was also conferred Juris Doctor from the University of Technology Sydney, Bachelor of Arts (Economics & Indonesian Studies) from the University of New South Wales, and Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law. James is currently completing the Master of Applied Law (Family Law) coursework program at the College of Law.
