MEENA HANNA

Our founding principal, Meena Hanna, is experienced in commercial litigation and dispute resolution, restructuring and insolvency, and tax controversy.

He has acted for directors of listed companies and responsible entities, insolvency practitioners, creditors, and financial institutions amongst others.

Meena has also acted for both the Commissioner of Taxation and private taxpayers in Part IVC tax proceedings and appellate tax matters, including litigation arising out of Project Wickenby.
